  1. Please call your Bank to ensure your card is activated for online shopping

Pay for your order at any Easypaisa shop across Pakistan.
When you click the Confirm Order button, you will be redirected to the secure Easypay page.
Please follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your Mobile number and Email and click "Pay Securely"
  2. You will receive a token number for your order which you can pay at any Easypaisa shop

Easypaisa Mobile Account Payment Option

Pay instantly with your * Easypaisa Mobile Account.
When you click the Confirm Order button, you will be redirected to the secure Easypay page.
Please follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your Easypaisa Mobile Account number and E-mail and click "Pay Securely"
  2. You will get a message on your mobile phone to Confirm the payment, please enter your Easypaisa Mobile Account PIN

Q1. When I click on checkout with Easypay, nothing happens. It redirects and the page is giving an error. Need help?

The page might not be working due to some issue with your internet speed so you might need to refresh your browser and try again or troubleshoot your connection. The Easypay page might not be able to load due to high traffic on the page at the moment. Please try again later. (if issue exists raise to Easypay Team)

Q2. Can you tell me where can I find the nearest Easypaisa shop?

Go on Easypaisa website and use the feature to search retailers on our website to locate the nearest Easypaisa shop.

Q3. How do I make payment through Easypaisa shop?

On the Easypay checkout page, select the option Easypaisa shop. Enter your mobile number and email and click on pay securely button after filling in the captcha. A consumer number will pop on the screen and you will also get an SMS with the consumer number. Go at any Easypaisa shop and tell the retailer you want to make payment for Easypay. Then tell him your mobile number and consumer number. Once he completes the transaction, you will get an SMS of successful payment on your phone.

Q4. The Easypaisa shop retailer has refused to accept Easypay payment. What should I do?

If the retailer is not aware of this transaction method then please guide him to:

1) Dial *787#
2) From the menu select option 4 ‘OTHER PAYMENTS’
3) Select 1 for Easypay payment
4) Enter consumer number and then enter mobile number
5) Verify the payment amount
6) Retailer then enters his pin
7) Transaction is completed and customer gets a confirmation SMS

Q5. What do I do if my Consumer number has expired?

Expired consumer numbers cannot be refreshed and the order will be cancelled as well if the token has expired without payment. The merchant may be contacted for help

Q6. Can I use my debit card to make payment via Easypay card payment option?

Yes, you may use your debit card to make payment using Easypay by selecting the option pay via VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card. You may further like to check with your card issuing bank to ensure that it supports ecommerce online transactions or you might have to activate it to make a transaction. Contact your bank for details.

Q7. Which credit cards are supported?

All VISA/Master debit & credit cards are supported on Easypay.

Q8. I am trying to make payment through my Visa card but it keeps giving an error. What should I do?

Please share what card type you are using. Easypay supports Visa and Master debit/credit cards only. Or the system might be temporarily down due to heavy traffic. Please try again shortly. (if issue exists raise to Easypay Team)

Q9. When I enter the 16 digit card number, it gives an error, please help?

Please ensure that you are not entering the dashes when you enter the 16 digits. You just need to enter the 16 (Numeric) digits in that field and it will automatically add the dashes to it. This will resolve the error.

Q10. How do I make a mobile account for Easypay?

Simply dial *345*3737# to create your mobile account. You can go to any Easypaisa shop to transfer cash in your mobile account. Or you can even transfer funds from your bank account using online banking services to your mobile account.

Q11. I tried making payment through mobile account but the prompt doesn’t appear on my phone to enter pin. What should I do?

Please try to reboot your phone or refresh your cellular network by resetting it. This will resolve the issue. Then try making the transaction again. If the prompt fails to appear again, then it might be due to the high traffic at the moment on the service. Please try again shortly. (If issue exists raise to Easypay Team)

Q12. I did not get any notification via SMS of successful Easypay payment for mobile account?

Try refreshing your cellular network by resetting your phone. You should receive it. You may wait for some time as the network might be busy. Just confirm that the confirmation message appeared on the web page.
